How Can We Reach You?

• Heeter Entertainments team will manage and coordinate the rehearsal (if desired), ceremony, and reception
• Unlimited Phone Calls/Emails
• Create a detailed Wedding Day timeline listing all vendors, wedding party, and family members involved
• 2 Wedding Coordinators
• Up to 4 personal consultants (with or without vendors to finalize)
• Unlimited coverage of Wedding Day (up to 8 hours) You will have the option to book additional hours
• Contact and confirm wedding details with all vendors including the timeline, determine their needs, and provide general direction
• Supervise all vendors including load-ins, setups, breakdown, and load-out
• Walk-through with vendors (at the final meeting, if needed)
• Remind the Bridal Party and family of important “call times” and items to bring on site.
• Assist the Bride and Bridal Party
• Set up of a few personal items
• Remind Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents, and honored guests when they are about to give toasts.
• Retain the marriage license for the officiant
• Issue final payments or tips to vendors (if desired)
• Local Travel Included

Our Day Of Coordinator(s) Do Not Set Up or Take Down Tables and chairs. If you require these services, it will be an additional charge.

 ** For Liability Reasons, our Coordinators Cannot Serve Food or Drinks to guests, bus tables, hang decorations or anything that require a ladder, and or move anything that is heavy enough to require machinery.
